The link to the Mail indicates that this Me 323 was shot down by a Beaufighter.
So must already be known which Me323 this is as would be the Beaufighter which must have claimed this rare bird ?
Ah, I see in Jerry Scutts Beaufighter book(Crowood) page 90 that four Beaufighters of 144 Sqdn shot down six Me 323's on the 26th July 43. One Beaufighter lost.
