Experte Clausen (132) –his final Fw 190A?

According to Joe Bauer (http://germanaircraftwwii.devhub.com/blog/520986-focke-wulf-fw-190-part-iii/), only two Fw 190A-5/U12s with twin 20/MG 151 gondolas (making a total of 6 20mm) were produced (W.Nrs. 150813 and 150814). However, according to Clausen’s online biography (http://www.luftwaffe.cz/clausen.html) , “On 4 October 1943 he shot down B-24 Liberator but then he was killed in aerial combat over the North Sea attacking Allied four-engined bombers in Fw 190 A-5/U12 Y (WNr 7358)” Note that the Werk No. does not match up as an A-5/U-12; what type of Fw-190A was Clausen flying when he met his demise? Were the A-5/U-12s combat tested and if so, with what unit?

Thanks,

Rob Romero
