1H+BK crash
This Heinkel He111 aircraft crashed off of Whitehills (Banff) at Melrose Head (not heard of that one).
The crew were The crew (Oblt.Hatto Kühn (pilot), and Uffz. F. Grossardt, Gefr. M. Hänel, and Uffz. Männling) were captured and shipped to Canada?
The aircraft belonged to II./KG26 (part of I./KG26 -Löwengeschwader ), which at the time was based at Aalborg-West, Denmark.
Is this all correct?
