How counted the sorties by bomber pilot ?
Hi,
in the book from Ralf Schumann "Ritterkreuzträgger der KG 1" I read following:
Fw Günter Kempin has 474 combat sorties (Feindflüge), 50 from these is double combat sortie in the east front.
What is it "double combat sortie" (doppelte Einsatz). It is depends from the range of target ?
