Yes, originally issued by 1./JGr. Ost, but later on Uffz Arthur Lotz was serving in 1./JG 54 wearing this EKM number. EKM numbers were not frequently changed when somebody was transferred to a new unit. During the last months of war some pilots were still wearing in operational flights their original, open EKMs issued by schools etc.

MOB 59739 EKMs were issued as follows:
1./JGr. Ost: 59739/1 - 59739/631 (1942 - July 1944)
1./JGr. Nord: 59739/632 - 59739/743 (Sep - Oct 1944)
1./Erg.JG 1: 59739/744 - 59739/835 (Dec 1944 - March 1945)
The dates are approximate.
