41-11760 Acc. to the book yes, but it would be nice to have one more source/accident report that could confirm that.

41-11814 (344th BS) went down en-route to Palestine over Africa 23/24 July and 344th BS was first squadron to arrive on 25/7.
But i have that listed the plane crash in Near Misérié, Chari-Baguirmi, West CHAD, not over Tunisia as Christopher Shores book do. That doesn't match the ferry routes/link over Africa.
Lets see when AFHRA opens. They have the report.
