First Spitfire Captured by the Luftwaffe

As a spinoff from another discussion on the LW board, the question came up as to the identity of the first Spitfire captured by the Luftwaffe.
Acording to Alfred Price, the Germans had four Spifires in flyable or repairable condition by the beginning of the Battle of Britain
These are the candidates I could think of:

Spitfire PRIB, P9331, 212 Squadron, captured in a hangar by the Germans June 1940

Spitfie I, P9317, 222 Sq, captured after wheels down landing,June 1,1940

Spitfire I,N3243, 74 Sq, landed wheels down on May 1940
