Re: Information on Luftwaffe losses over England 1940?

According to the Volksbund website

On 23/10/40, a Fw Willi Nikol. Forster was killed. He is also buired in France, in Mont-de-Huisnes. No death place given.

I think he was one of the crew of the He 111 H WNr 5443 of I./KG 27 that is listed as destroyed on the 22 October at 100% when it crashed at Tours airfield after combat sortie; aircraft struck barrack block, killing all four crew (Ltn Wolfgang Wilhelm, Uffz Ernst Bautz, Uffz Wilhelm Forster, Uffz Alfons Jenau) and thirteen occupants of the building, and injuring 11 others (all groundcrew of KG 27).
All four aircraw listed above are buried in Mont-de-Huisnes, in nearby graves, and their death date is listed as the 23.10.40. I think the sortie took place during the night of the 22nd to the 23rd and the crash probably occured in the early hours of the 23rd.

No matching aircraft for the two other, as I have no loss list for the month of November.

On 13/11/40, an Obergefreiter Konrad Pöbl was killed. Again he is buried in France, in Fort-de-Malmaison. No death place given.
On 28/11/1940, an Uffz Alfons (not U) Baueregger was killed, he is buried in France, in Bourdon. Its death place is given as Bihucourt.
