NARA (KEW) access to Files AIR 27 and 50 denied for foreigners?

Good evening.
I tried recently to access Files AIR 27 (ORB) and 50 (Combat Reports) at NARA (Kew) and got a disappointing message:

Restricted
You are not permitted to view this content.

If you typed the web address, check it is correct.

If you pasted the web address, check you copied the entire address.

If you believe you should be able to view this content, contact us to request access.

I do ask if other FOREIGNERS (not from the UK) are experiencing the same problems as I am?

What kind of restriction is that and WHY?

I contacted them (NARA) explaining my problems and received an answer from one of their Branches. Let's see what follows up.

I do appreciate your kindness to help me. If it does not work with NARA, I will remember this kind offer and ask you some help. MY DEEPEST GRATITUDE Luc! Very very KIND...the kind of KINDNESS we see no more amongst Human Beings (very often).

Adriano, this may not be the problem but have you registered an account with the National Archives? It's free to register but you need to do that before you can download AIR 27 and AIR 50 free of charge. (You still go through process as if you were buying something but the charge is £0.00).

badatflyski: Shall send you a message too. You do have one of the Squadrons I was looking for (my initial search). My deepest GRATITUDE for the kind help.

NICK: I contaged TNA/NARA at Kew. They informed me that there is a problem. I filled a File informing the problems (their protocols) and they answered back that they would try to solve out. BUT, I wasn't aware of that need to register an account there, as you informed me. Maybe this is the clue to the problem...I will have a try, Nick! Thank you very very much for the kind tip and advice.
