Ju 88D-1 Werkenr 1145

Can anybody tell me the fate of Ju 88 D-1 with Werkenr 1145?
It flew with 3.(F)/122 and was damaged in October 1941. It was probably repaired to fly again.
Am interested to learn its final fate.
Thanks
Ivo de Jong

Ju 88A-4, 1145, Sommer, Hptm. Joachim, III./KG 51, 05-Apr-43, KIA with crew, cause not reported., Ostfront, Gen.Qu.6.Abt. (mfm #9)-Vol.16, Pl.Qu. 76895

Ju 88D-1, 1145, n.n., 4.(F)14, 30-Sep-42, Landing accident., Ostfront, Gen.Qu.6.Abt. (mfm #7)-Vol.11, Dugino, 30%

Looks like it may have been converted after the 30-Sep-42 damage?

I would suggest that John's first entry above for the A-4 may be a case of an abbreviated 6-digit WNr. though can't be entirely sure.

Re: Ju 88D-1 Werkenr 1145

I thought this at first (hence just an greeting abowe!), but no, 141145 has known loss elsewhere and no other range can mach this number at that time point (BTW this same 1145 is known at Leipzig in mid 1942, after repair of first accident, so another rebuild, this time to A-4 standard can not be ruled out).

Re: Ju 88D-1 Werkenr 1145

I have 2 earlier losses for this WNr. but both with recon units as a D-1, neither of which is greater than 35%. Seems too early to be from 801xxx or 301xxx series which leads to the possible conclusion that it was repaired as an A-4(?), or that one of the A-4 WNr. 1145 or 141145 is wrong....
