Hello all,i am like most of you collecting serialnumbers/crewlists/losses of luftwaffe units...
I have most units complete but i dont have losslists of the KG1"Hindenburg".

Does someone know how to get hold off it,or can provide me with it...

Unfortunately, as you know, there is not a unit history for KG1 "Hindenburg" however you can find some listings of missing crew in Ralf Schumann's "Die Ritterkreuztrager 1939-45 Des KG1 "HIndenburg" (ISBN 3-925 480-40-4).

The listings are given as Vermisstenliste so it probably deals with unaccounted for crews. The list which numbers a few hundred is broken down into Gruppe and Staffeln for some Gruppe. While the flyers names, rank, D.O.B. date of missing and general area of loss is listed there roles within the crew i.e. FF, BO, FS etc. are not given which will make it difficult to determine if the flyers were all from the same crew.

At any rate a start.
