London Gazette wizard required!

Hi guys

Not quite RAF-orientated but hopefully someone can help.

Sub-Lt George Robert Vale RNVR was killed in an accident (non-flying nor operational) sometime in 1942. Can any of our LG wizards throw any light on his death? Possibly a road accident?

Cheers
Brian
