Forced landing incident (Polish pilot) 29.4.40
Any clues as to the pilot etc?
'On the 29th April a forced landing due to bad visibility by a British a/c on Ramslye farm caused some little excitement. After a short while the pilot (A Polish officer) took off. No damage or injury sustained.’ (Civil Defence a History of the Borough 1939-45). This farm is near Tunbridge Wells, Kent B.T.W. Thanks in advance, Dave
