Has anyone been having trouble contacting the gentlemen that run this particular e-Store?
I was going to purchase a paper item from them, but they don't seem to be returning emails sent to them on ePier, and their yahoo.com address bounced back to me.

ETA: Got a message from them, which is good -guess Yahoo was at fault this time around! Good to know.
