Axis twin engined loss 17-18/4/1942 France - MontDiddier to Roye Amy
Hi, I'm doing some research on RAF Boston Havoc AW398 of 23 Squadron RAF. I have the Squadron Orb and this aircraft, piloted by Sgt J.E. Millard claims an enemy aircraft shot down on the night of 17th-18th April 1942 between Mont Diddier and Roye Amy. E/A was identified as twin engines and had illuminated navigation lights. Reported aircraft destroyed.
is it possible to cross reference this with German/Vichy/Italian losses ? many thanks |
