millitardienstelle Aachen still operational ?
does anyone knows of the german millitardienstelle located in aachen? is still there and whats the exact address ?

Hi Phil

I assume that you mean militärdienststelle Aachen, translated as War department in Aachen.

Today this would be the Federal Ministry of Defence (Bundesministerium der Verteidigung, BMVg). The headquarters is at the Hardthöhe in Bonn. I do not know what government departments might be in Aachen.

Perhaps you need to explain why you need this address?

Do you mean the Bundesarchiv-Zentralnachweisstelle in Kornelimünster bei Aachen?

All of its World War II personnel records were moved to BA-MA Freiburg im Breisgau at the end of 2005. The records at BA-ZNS are all post-WWII now.
