Need date during 1940-41 that Oblt. Walter Borchers transferred from 6./ZG76 to 5./ZG76 and became Sta Kap
Hello,
Sometime during 1940-41 Oblt. Walter Borchers transferred from 6./ZG76 to 5./ZG76, where he took over as Sta Kap. Does anyone know the date that this happened? This may help us date either a Stab or 5 Staffel Bf110D that crashed sometime during this period with 10 victory tabs on the tail. This could be the a/c of Borchers, depending on when he moved to 5./ZG76. Who can help? Regards, Larry Hickey EoE Project Coordinator

According my info, Oblt Borchers followed in function W. Grommers. does it help ?
also some source says that on 8.6.1940 he was Oblt with 4. Staffel... but maybe its a mystake?
