Soviet P-39 Airacobra- six wing guns?

I just got a model P-39 Airacobra. It is in Soviet markings that I gather belong to an ace named Pokryskin. It is serial no. 29033, and has a "board number" of 01.
What I'm confused about is that it has three guns in each wing, two fixed (presumably .30cal) machine guns, and a single underwing pod (for six total). There are no cowling guns, only the M4 cannon barrel. From what I can find googling, there were versions that had just the four .30 wing guns, and there were versions that had 2 .50cal machine guns in gondolas INSTEAD of the .30cals. I can't find any mention or photos of P-39's with six guns in/under the wing.
The markings and serial belong to a P-39N-0, but who knows if the markings actually match the type of plane that it's modeled after. Does anyone know if there is a version of the P-39 built with six wing guns, or if the Russians liked to add their own guns themselves? Or if this is a mistake and it should have been made with either the .30's or the .50's, not both? It should be easy enough to remove one or the other and make it accurate, but I want to be sure that it is a mistake before I co and cut anything off.
