Question German "Dog Tag" - EM to id ? (2/ JAGD-KDO.3 145 B)

Dears,

I have found on the one forum DogTag (EM numer) like below:
http://odkrywca.pl/forum_pics/picsfo...lacha_copy.jpg
Source:
http://odkrywca.pl/pokaz_watek.php?id=257385

is it from Luftwaffe units ????

One man found this DogTag in area of Poland in area of Susza (Rosenberg) - it is 60 km in direct line from Pasłęk (Pr.Holland) - Poland.
It seems to me from normal WH units - is it true ?
