Kdo.Flugh.Ber. 13/VII crash investigation
Hi everyone
I’m currently researching a Lancaster that crashed in 1945. I know from the skipper’s post war account that he was carrying a 4000lb cookie when his aircraft collided and fell in to the forest near Hanau. The two KE files (in my possession) are by Kdo.Flugh.Ber. 13/VII and Luftgaukommando XIV Gruppe I c summary. They make no mention of this weapon. Does anyone know if there are any records about bomb recovery from Hanau on the 6th January 1945? Many thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction. Neil
