Helf for Identification Tag Plate

Hi All,

found this relic which is part of a crashed 109.
There are 2 numbers on it and not sure if te second number has anything to do with the serial number.
Numbers are:
1-109-590
35563 413
We are try to understand what does the numbers really tell us. Any idea?

Thanks in advance
Rolf
