Loss of a B25 fom Netherland Squadron

Hi,

During the stay of the 341 at Perranporth airfield – 10/1943 up to april 1944 a Lockeed B25 of a Netherland Squadron (180 ?) did a belly landing on this airfield. One of the crew was injured.

Does anybody could tell me a possibility for the date of this loss ?
