Identity of S1+ codes on Stukas
Hello,
I'm trying to sort out coding on some Ju87B photos and FB entries. It appears that the literature isn't definitive on the use of the S1+ codes in 1939-40. My best guess is that S1 was used by I./StG76, then later by I./StG3 by late 1940-41. Certainly I./StG3 was using it by their time in North Africa. Can any one sort this out definitively? Thanx, Larry |

Re: Identity of S1+ codes on Stukas
Larry,
in Poland 1939 I./StG 76 used S1+. StG 77 used S2+. Regards, Marius |

Hello,
Thanks Marius. The codes for I./StG76 is also now confirmed by other information. |
