Ju 290 losses

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum, but I would be happy if I could get some help. I'm very interested in the Ju 290 and I'm searching for a list of all known Ju 290 losses (plus the cause - type of enemy plane/unit/date). Therefore, I would be glad if somebody could give me a hand on this matter. TIA.

Frank

Re: Ju 290 losses

Thanks to all for their help! I'll try to get the mentioned book for sure. I'm wondering if:

1) any Ju 290 was shot down over land
2) by the Soviets
3) the Ju 290 (with their heavy guns) shot down any attackers.

Anybody able to help? That would be great - and highly appreciated!!

All the best.

Frank
