Lt-Col Karl Polifka´s F-5 serial number

Hello, I am seeking information about the serial number and model of F-5 of Lt-Col Karl Polifka ( 90th Photo Recon Wing ) in Italy.
I do know that he put a nickname on the plane: "Rosebud". Is there any photo of this machine? Someone could direct me to any link with a photo of this machine?
Glad in advance

Adriano
