Re: A huge work of translation to do !
Post 2 refers.
Great translation, if I may. An observation - "Conviction of a Me 109 G-6 to Vincenza..." should probably read as "Transfer of a Me 109 G-6...". Another point - II./SKG 10 was apparently formed around that time, and, being a Schlachtgruppe, it was equipped with Fw 190 F/G aircraft. What would be a connection with the unfortunate Bf 109 G-6? Regards, Sinisa |

Re: A huge work of translation to do !
Thank you, Franck!
Thank you, Sinisa! The pilot transfered the G-6 to Vincenca not to his own unit. Herzliche Grüsse aus Oberschwaben, Wolfgang |

Re: A huge work of translation to do !
One precision Wolfgang: is it said that that's the guy on picture who was flying that Bf109? At least this is the way I understand "got slightly wounded in the crash" ...

And based at Viterbo during October that is 400Km south of the accident and named II./SG4 after the 18/10. Anyway, There is 100% loss on 19/10 at Vicenza, but the pilot died and the Stkz doesn't match. Since the beginning I'm looking for a Fl.ü.G 1 flight ... |
