Need photos for profiles of a Stab I./StG2 & Stab I./StG76 Ju87B-1 for EoE Project

Hello,

I've now got at least tentative reference packages selected for 36 of the 38 Ju87Bs required for the color profile layout for "Eagles over Europe" Vol I (the Polish Campaign), and most of the artwork is actually completed, although we still lack some W.Nr. and crew identifications that I eventually hope to make. This gives us one representative, and highly accurate color profile, in most cases with a known crew and aircraft SN, for every Staffel or HQ element flying the Stuka during the PC.

What I still lack are photos for Ju87B-1s assigned to Stab I./StG2 & Stab I./StG76. Swasticas would almost certainly be tail centered, and fuselage and wing crosses, top and bottom would be the style used prior to mid-October, 1939, when these were all made much larger and more visible. The former would show a code of T6+_B, and could have a white Scottie Dog superimposed inside a medium green disc with a thin white outline on both sides of the forward fuselage, although I suspect that this insignia was not yet on unit Stab a/c during the P.C. However, there is ample photographic evidence that 1 Staffel carried this Scottie Dog design in a white disc during at least the latter part of the PC.

The StG76 a/c would have a chevron, double chevron, chevron bar, or other fighter-style command insignia on the fuselage, followed by the code S1+_B. The missing letter would be either an A,B,C or possibly a D. I have no evidence that any I./StG76 Stuka carried the unit crest (a white rampant griffin on a green shield thinly outlined in white) during the PC.

I've got examples of both of these from later periods in 1939 and in 1940, but none that I'm certain represent the markings carried during the PC. We're moving on to the Bf110 and He111s, and I need to wrap up the Stuka artwork.

Who can help me locate the required photos to do these profiles? The photos are out there somewhere, and someone must know where they are.

Regards,
