Dirk,
MACR 11137 appears to be related to B-17 42-10741, lost on 30 Nov 1944 (Merseburg mission).

Instead try MACR 13025 for Creaseman and/or the (free) online MACRs on https://www.archives.gov/research/mi...r-crew-reports

At first glance I did not have success yet with either 13024 or 13025, but perhaps others have more experience with that wesbite.

Regards,
Leendert

Dirk, I had no luck finding either MACR on fold3 or the National Archives. They may be available (for a fee) from a commercial site such as aviationarchaeology.com.

I did find an account by the only survivor, Francis Joseph Nix who was the ball turret gunner on Lady Velma.
