Att: Larry Hickey.

Larry: In your recent posts on I/ZG-1 you had mentioned an air combat claim by a Uffz, ? Huldberg on 1.6.40. I was browsing through the archives and noticed a post by Marcel Hogenhuis dated 15.8.2007 which mentioned other possible Zerstorer pilots who transitioned to nightfighters. It was part of a thread initiated by Chis Goss on I/ZG-76 aircrew. In that thread he makes reference to several crew from 2/NJG-1 (former 2/ZG-1).There is a mention of a" Uffz.? Hansberg",as well as confirmed 2/ZG-2 personnel such as Fw. Puschnerus. I don't know if your previous reference was hand wriiten,or perhaps a spelling issue, but perhaps this may be your man.Maybe Marcel could be of help? Thought it was worth a mention. Cheers Dean
