Hi Ed,
Aren't you a month early? Shouldn't these be 4-10-05? Tom |

Re: Photos + 5-10-05
This: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6170041085 seems to be the rear MG position of an early He 177. It sure looks cramped.
Could the He 111 with ship kill markings have been finished in some desert camo? What about the unit badge on that 109? What is it? This: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6169944940 is a Fiat BR.20. And this:http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6169941620 is a Dewoitine D.500 or D.501. This bomber: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6169949644 is a LeO 451 "Franz. Jagd Flugzeug Morane ?" http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=6169940625 is a Loire 411. |

Re: Photos + 5-10-05
The BR.20 picture is very interesting: the letters GRS should mean that this aircraft was based at Grosseto. This "Cicogna" was probably operated by the school that was based there before the airport was used by Luftwaffe.
