Here's the info. I have. I believe late Series XI & XII - XV were built early 1943 thru early 1944.
Serie I Breda 7859-7958, 100 Serie II Macchi 7709-7718, 10 Serie III Macchi 7719-7858, 140 Serie IV Breda 7409-7458, 50 Serie V Sai-Ambrosini 7959-8008, 50 Serie VI Breda 8339-8388, 50 Serie VII Macchi 9025-9124, 100 Serie VIII Breda 8081-8130, 50 Serie IX Macchi 9389-9488, 100 Seie X Breda 9500-9599, 100 Serie XI Breda 6560-6609, 9602-9751, 200 Seria XII Breda 91803-91952, 150 Serie XIII Macchi 91953-92002, 50 Serie XIV Sai-Ambrosini 92003-92052, 50 Serie XV Breda 92053-92152, 100 Regards, Mike |

The above data are overall production ones.
It doesn't exist any separate data for the production in 1943, it could only be roughly assumed by the period of production of some series, e.g.: Serie IV = 50 from Sep 42 to Jun 43 Serie V = 50 from Jun to Aug 43 Serie IX = 98 from Sept 42 to Mar 43 Serie XI = 200 from Nov 42 to May 43 Serie XII = 150 from May to Sep 43 Serie XIII = 41 from Mar to Aug 43 Hope this helps.
