B-24 History Book - Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum

Hi Folks,

I am wondering if there is a book on the individual plane history of every single B-24 plane ever built with the detailed date of their finish, assignment to certain groups and squadrons as well as the date of their loss/end, crew, etc. The B-17 bomber has a very detailed book like this and I have it, but would need some similar to the B-24s.... So just few historical words to every single B-24 S/N.

For B-24 service in the RAF you will do no better than this book.

'The Liberator In Royal Air Force And Commonwealth Service'
By James D. Oughton with John Hamlin and Andrew Thomas. An Air Britain Publication ISBN 0 85130 362 5 9 780851 303628

The book gives each aircraft's serial number along with its history.
