Seems to be Lt. Gottfried Weiroster, Stabsstaffel JG 50 from a series of photos taken by a PK Bildberichter in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim, October 1943.

Three other photos from this series published in Prien et al "DJdDL 1934-1939 Teil 10/I", p.349-350. Apparently also on film in Wochenschau Nr.685-44/1943 according to Mr. Prien.

Also these photos were published in Jagdwaffe vol.5 sec.1 Defending the Reich 1943-1944
