Stinson 105 history with French Airforce
Am proud owner of a 1939 Stinson 105 G-AFYO formerly with French Airforce (1944-?) before civil registration as F-BGQP for club flying in Finesterre(?) and subsequent export to UK circa 1974.Does anyone have access to French data in latter days of war probably in North Africa and then France theatre.I know she spent most of the war in the French Caribbean on a transport awaiting movement to France after being flown from US to Halifax N.S. by American volunteers in 1940.Thanks guys.

Re: Stinson 105 history with French Airforce
Hi,
I have an entry for this aircraft, that was N22586 before becoming F-BGQP. I have no data for its life in French AF. Best regards Von Alles |
