Hampden 106 Sqn lost 6/10/41

Hi guys

I believe the above was shot down by friendly fire (aircraft?). Has anyone details? Crew/ serial number/location?

Hi,
L4100 from 106 Sqdn
On a cross country training flight when a/c beleived to be two Spitfires attacked it near Stradishall just after mid day. Sergeant K. S. Powers was killed the Hampden landed safely .
