I am searching for information about the crashtime and the code ot this B-17, crashed down on 30.01.1944.

379 bomber Group, 526 Squadron, code ?; Shot down by fighters on mission to Brunswick, Germany. 8 KIA; 1 POW; 1 RTD

Good evening, Spurensucher !

The crashtime of B-17, AAF-s/n 42-31692 was at about 12:30 hrs, according LGK-document A.V. 554/44. The location is here given with Holsen, County Luebbecke i.W.

A KU-report # 779 reports the deceased crew-members at the cemetary of Schaathorst. The same does A.V. # 554/44.
