Halifax, 14.01.1944
hello,
I am searching Information about this aircraft, shot down at Kollerbeck, Schwalenberg, Lippe, at 19:45 o`clock. gruß uwe |

The only aircraft thought to have crashed near Kollerbeck on the night of 14-15 January 1944 seems to be Lancaster III LM381. UL-E2 on an operation to Braunschweig. (Brunswick)

Hi
According to BC war diaries, there wher only 2 halifaxes on the Brunswick raid. None of them lost. None of the 13 Halifaxes on minor operations where either. Regards Nicolaj |
