What is the price of the book, including postage to Kanada? I wasn't able to find that in the link.

Hello George,

the costs are:

44,50 Euros per issue, plus...
- costs for postage per issue: surface 13,90 EUR
- costs for postage per issue: airmail 34,00 EUR
[the book has a weight of 2.5kg]

I will update the website and include the costs for postage to Kanada, also to South America (I had a request from Chile). However, they are the same than to USA.
