Hi,

There is a book called "Flights of the Forgotten" that provides information on RAF operations inserting agents into France. It was published back in 1999 and I cannot remember the UK author. The book provides a lot of information on these clandestine missions, etc.

If you visit the Harrington Air Museum web site, they have an attachment that will direct you to Tom Emsinger, historian for the 492nd BG. Tom has information on USAAF insertion of agents into France, and possibly may or may not have information relating to the RAF operations.
