Potez 631 by F1C
Hi,
I`m interested in details of Potez 631 service by the F1C. Now I`m only know that: - 10.05 one Potez was damaged in combat with Ju 52 (the pilot was wounded) - 11.05 two Potez were shot down by 4/ZG26 - 18.05 two Potez (therein No.169) were mistakenly shot down by RAF - 26.05 one Potez was lost due to FLAK (I`m looking for details of these mission) - 17.06 one Potez (No.177) was shot down by 5/JG3 - 18.06 one Potez was damaged by own FLAK over Brest Ground losses: - 10.05 one Potez was destroyed in bombing (???) - 21-25.05 two Potez were abandoned in Calais-Marck (???) - 19.06 four Potez were abandoned in Cherbourg-Querqueville (No.47, 166, 61 destroyed by own troops?, white 8? - 22.06 one Potez was abandoned in Hourtin (no.62) ??? Perhaps somebody could add some more details concerning the Potez 631 by Aeronavale (number of planes, serials and other losses). Regards Robert |
