information about a typhoon of 257 squadron
Did someone able to help me identify this 257th squadron Typhoon crash in Bouzincourt (Somme) in 1944. Would like to find information on the pilot and his fate

Hi Laurent
From 2nd TAF Vol 1 ,Chris Shores and Chris Thomas The a/c was shot down by Flak at Bouzincourt . It was Typhoon Ib,JR139, flown by W/O F T Norton who became POW on 9/4/44 Regards Dick
