At least it was saved through the war. I saw several citations from it in a german newspaper.
Here might be something: 1) USAF Historical Research Agency, Maxwell AFB, Alabama K1028F - Eastern front 1942, incl. KTB Fliegerführer Süd (2.42 - 8.42), extracts from Richthofen and Fiebig's diaries 2) Bestände des Bundesarchiv-Militärarchivs [...] N 671:Nachlass Wolfram Freiherr v. Richthofen

A comprehensive biography project is coming about him in the future (in English). He was definitely a very interesting person.
