B-24 Found ? Off Eastborne
B-24 reportably found by Wessex Archaelogy -Eastborne Coast at
http://www.wessexarch.co.uk/projects...24_wa1001.html American or British? Any Ideas of ID contact Wessex Archaelogy and Joint POW-MIA JPAC

I do have details, somewhere, of a B-24 off Eastbourne that may be this one. It sunk taking the rear gunner with it if I recall. I will dig out what I have and post later. One armoured seat was pulled up by fishermen from this wreck some years ago.
