Ju86P and R

I am looking for info on the Ju86P and R high level aircraft. Does anyone know how many were made/converted, units that used it and time periods, and losses. The only loss I know of was a 86P of 2(F)/123 shot down by a Spitfire on 23 August 1942 over the Mediterranean Sea. The crew was saved by a Do24. I know these aircraft were used over Russia.
Does anyone have any info on them? Thanks in advance.

Junkers built exactly 37 Ju 86 P and R including the pre-series W-Nr. 5154 without pressurized cabin. The completion of one Ju 86 R-1 (W-Nr. 5147) is not confirmed.

These aircraft were in service with VfH (Versuchsstelle für Höhenflüge), Vers.Verb.Ob.d.L., F.123, F.Ob.d.L., F.100, HKK, Weflug, LDK etc.

Some of the aircraft were used for several tests at DVL, DFS, Rheinmetall, Zeiss-Jena, Rechlin etc.

Accurate information about the Ju 86P and R series are hard to come by. However, I do have the following from Bundesarchiv files:

All were conversions of Ju 86P-Serie aircraft.

Known Ju 86P-3 conversions were W.Nr. 0285, 0292, 0421, 0428 and 0293.
The first Ju 86P-1 aircraft was W.Nr. 0421 taken over by Luftwaffe on 29.11.41.
Other R-1 aircraft were W.Nr. 0285 and 0292.
The first R-2 aircraft was apparently W.Nr. 5132 which was scheduled for delivery in Febrary 1942.
