Tunesien 42/43. Luftkämpfe über Fels und Wüste

Hi,

Can anyone confirm if Tunesien 42/43. Luftkämpfe über Fels und Wüste is the same book as Fighters Over Tunisia. Both books has Shores, Ring and Hess as authors?

There is a big difference in price (around 50 USD for the German book and around 250 USD for the English) and even if my German is rusty it could be worth an effort to read the book in German.
