Uploading Pictures

How does one go about uploading pictures on this site?

First at all you have to click button Post Reply placed on left side, under the content field. Then you type what you want in the text field and then choose in from the box Additional Options button Manage Attachments. In the pop up window you will have six upload places, but before choose anything first scroll down and read what you can upload and size of uploads. After that click on the button Choose and find file to upload from your computer. There is also option to upload file from remote server and in this way you should know full address of file. After that upload all files and close this pop up window. Next step is button Submit Reply and this is it.

Hi there,

Since a few days I am unable to upload photos through the Manage Attachments tool.
Is there anything wrong, at the present time?
The failure message is : Unable to move/copy file
I don't understand what doesn't work well and the picture I want to upload is a 44,5 ko .jpg file.
Any idea?

Really no idea?
The file to upload is only 130 Kb heavy. What's the problem?
