Plane fragments are found. Inscription with Id-plate: DINAMOTOR NO. 4811 TYPE DS100 S.S. 2085 TEMP RISE 40*C R.P.M. 5400 DUTY CON. INPUT VOLTS 24/28 AMPS. 1.2 OUTPUT VOLTS 220 AMPS. 060 MADE FOR BENDIX AVIATION LTD. BURBANK. CALIF. U.S.A. CHICAGO Pioneer Jen-E-Motor ILLINOIS From what plane these details? Regards, Leo. |

Hi Leo !
A "Dynamotor" was used as a power supply to radio equipment. It converted direct current (Gleichspannung) into alternating current (Wechselspannung). Maybe difficult to identify your plane by this ... here some dynamotor examples http://shop.ebay.com.my/items/_W0QQ_...sZ1QQ_fromZR40 bye |
