ADI(K) report 178/1945 says two and half miles N/E of Weert at approx 0230hrs. The report also says '' According to local information this aircraft was heard circling the village of Neederweert at low altitude for over an hour before it crashed ''. No bombs were found at the crash site and none had been dropped in the area at the time.
