Philip Purchall Norris Information request
Hi Everyone
I have been asked by the family of the above pilot died 13 Aug 1940 service No 740810, 213 squadron for any information on the crash etc all I know is he is buried in Northern France after believed being lost over the channel, that may be all but if there is anything else. Thanks in advance

From "Fighter Command Losses" Vol.1, page 53 (Norman Franks):
213 Sqn - Hurricane I P3348 'B' - Patrol - Shot down off Portland 1650. Buried at Etaples Military, France. Aged 22. His body may have been washed ashore or recovered from the sea. Regards, Henk.
