BBC filming new series excavate Heinkel crash site

Apparently as part of a new series on WW2 history, there was a dig on a Heinkel 111 in Devon last weekend. It seems it has now been dug 3 times originally in the 70's, Does anyone know the id of this aircraft details seem a bit thin on the ground, possibly a 1941 crash ?
